Drew at Albo Appliance is the most attentive and responsive sales representative that I have ever experienced! My company builds custom homes as well as full renovations and often we need entire appliance packages. Together with Drew's product knowledge and experience we are able to get exactly what we need and stay within budget time and time again.

I am generally pretty skeptical of salespeople, but have only great things to say about George Robles and the job he did for us putting together an appliance bundle. Aside from the savings he generated for us, it was clear his success is do to finding people what works best for them, rather than chasing every dollar he can. All around - we're glad we chose Albo and are glad we had George guiding us toward our appliance package purchase.

First time going to Albo was a great experience as I needed a new dishwasher. Customer service there is extremely helpful in buying new appliances. Would highly recommend for future uses.

I have no idea where to start.... Last winter I had a refrigerator delivered to my condo and they caused $2000 in damages!! The delivery guys did apologize, accepted blame, and took photos of the damages. Spoke with store manager and they promised to have there contractor come out to access damages and make repairs. The same contractor that cleans up their mess on other occasions. This guy never showed up and ducked my calls . I made complaints back at the store and still no repairs to date! I have an estimate I had to get on my own and will be filing small claims next week. Totally unprofessional and can't be trusted ...I can't wait to share the photos of damages with the court !!

Albo has been fantastic. Prices were great and service has been amazing. Despite some problems with gas lines in my house they have been fantastic to work with and very accommodating. I’ve met several of the delivery crews at this point and they were all great as well. Drew was constantly available for support while I was getting my gas line situation figured out. I will definitely be returning when more appliance needs arise.
